Kentucky Appalachian RV Resort Trail, Inc. (“KYARVT”) is a 501(c) Not For Profit Corporation dedicated to empowering local communities, preserving cultural heritage, fostering economic development, and showcasing the natural attractions of Appalachian Kentucky through outdoor hospitality.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is realized through the establishment and management of a network of high-end RV Resorts that offer exceptional lodging experiences for visitors. These resorts serve as gateways for exploring the region’s breathtaking natural wonders, extensive trail networks, and rich cultural legacy.
To achieve our goals, we aim to engage in public and private partnerships which form the foundation of our strategic plan, enabling us to enhance existing recreational parks and create new resorts. By combining the strengths of various stakeholders, we maximize our impact in promoting sustainable tourism and revitalizing the Eastern Kentucky region.

Parker and Joe founded KYARVT upon recognizing a shared passion for people and the outdoor adventures that bring them together. With over 50 years of combined entrepreneurship experience in various industries, they quickly identified the need to provide quality lodging to support the growing adventure-tourism industry in Kentucky.
As Kentucky natives, they are genuinely excited to lead a team of skilled experts towards their shared mission of showcasing and enhancing accessibility to the natural and cultural wonders of Eastern Kentucky’s Appalachian Region.
